RETURN, REFUND, CANCEL & ALTERNATION POLICY

Every single piece designed & produced in our studio goes through strict quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of art of block print, Bhandej, Shibori, Tied & Dyes, Handloom weaving is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes which is done by hand and consume tremendous time of our artisans.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At “Blue night” as we offer customized garments based upon an individual’s preferences and requirement, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange of the product once the order is placed. However, once you place an order with us, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. If you cancel an order within 24 hours, we will give you full refund to your original payment mode. After 24 hours, we will put your order in process and once order process we are unable to give you refund or exchange. However, if some size issues arise we are happy to make alternations to the existing garment. In the event you are dissatisfied with the quality of the garment, kindly write us at connect@bluenightstyle.com and reasonable measures shall be taken to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

CANCEL POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at connect@bluenightstyle.com

AITERNATION POLICY

In the circumstances of a sizing issue of a product we will be happy to make the required alterations to the existing piece. We can provide one alternation per garment. The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges from both sides would have to be bear by the customer. We do not offer alternation service on sale products.

FAULTY GOODS

Returns of faulty products will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at blue night thoroughly check finished garment before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be examined on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please raise your request clear when communicate with us at connect@bluenightstyle.com about the fault.

In order to initiate an exchange or return, please find the 'Initiate a return here' option at the bottom of the page. Keep your order number and Email ID at hand for a hassle free process.

Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received.

If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will get a full refund amount to your original payment mode. Please note that refunds can take up to 15 days and are subject to regulation.

SALE & DISCOUNT POLICY

At “Blue night” we are happy to offer you season/anniversary sale. However we cannot provide any kind of exchange, return and alteration on the sale products.
