Our on-line shop is open 24/7. Our studio is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Can we visit your studio?
We operate our productions from our studio. We don’t sell any product from our studio so we have restricted entry to visit it. Only our vendors, production and staff members have been permitted.
ORDERS
How to place an order with you?
To place an order, visit our website www.bluenightstyle.com. Browse through the products. If you like to purchase any product, select appropriate size, length and other choices related to that product, which you can see next to that particular product. After choose all choices, add that product in the cart, fill out correct contact details, such as valid email address and phone number. Put current mailing and shipping address and at last you will be connected to the payment window. As soon as your payment will be approved, you will get an order confirmation email and text message along with your order number.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
If your card or bank account has been debited but you have not received an order confirmation email from us, please check your spam and promotions folders. If you are still unable to find it, please bring this to our attention immediately so we can check on this. You can write to us at info.bluenightstyle@gmail.com.
After placing an order, I realize that I ordered wrong size. Can I change my size?
Certainly, if you raised your request within 24 hours after placing an order with us. After 24 hours it’s difficult for us to change size, as we processed your order for production.
I need to update my delivery address and/or contact details. How do I fix it?
Please write to us at info.bluenightstyle@gmail.com, along with your order number, delivery address and contact details at the earliest opportunity. If the order has not been dispatched, we would be happy to update these details for you.
I want to cancel my order. How to do that?
Yes, you can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placing an order. Please write to us at info.bluenightstyle@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 72039 52233 to request of order cancellation.Please note after an order is placed on the online store, a customer can ask for cancellation, refund and customisation/changes within 24 hours. Bluenight is a new, customization label and works on a ‘made to order’ model, which means we make every garment from scratch upon receiving an order and do not stock it in the forefront. Once an order goes into production, customisation or cancellation/refund is not possible. From the fabric to the final stitch in a garment, our production is hard work and time consuming; which means that orders already underway cannot be altered.
Do you offer wholesale price for bulk order?

SIZING
What are the sizes you offer?
We offer sizes ranging from XXS to XXXL for most of the products. For some styles we offer size from XXS-XL. You can find offering size range next to each product on product detail page.
How can I figure out what size I should choose?
Please refer to our size chart to get clarity on which size to order https://www.bluenightstyle.com/pages/size guide. We also suggest to refer fit & size guide section when adding product in to the cart. That size chart reflects accurate ready garment measurements for all offered size.
What does combo size mean?
Some styles & garments have more boxy and roomy fit compare to other garments. That same garment can be worn by, both size as an example, XXS- XS or L-XL.
Is combo size has very loose fit? How to select my size in combo size chart?
Apparently combo size has roomy fit and that’s how one garment fits to both different sizes. We suggest choose size down for combo size. If you generally wears size M than go for S-M size.
What is standard size?
Standard size fits to all sizes. Some styles are meant to boxy and oversized. If you are fall between XXS to L standard size fits well to you.
I don’t see standard size measurements in your size chart.
We don’t include standard size measurements in our size chart because measurements are vary with each style and silhouette. We suggest pick a standard size if you normally wear sizes XXS to L.
I’m very petite and usually wear a size XS, will standard size be loose for me?
Yes, it will be. But it should be like that.
I usually wear a size L/XL, will the standard size work ?
If you are wearing L size normally then standard will work but If you wearing XL then standard will not work for you. Our standard size styles and silhouettes falls well from size XXS to L.
Do your sizes usually run larger?
Most of our styles have a relaxed, boxy & easy fit. Our sizes don’t run large. Because of the nature of some styles and silhouettes, you might find yourself easily slipping into a size smaller than your usual size; this is pretty common. But we always recommend sticking to your usual size because this will ensure the garments fall the way they are supposed to.
Can you suggest me what size I should order?
You can find size guide, at the vary bottom of our website’s home page. Apart from that we have also included finished garments accurate measurements in Fit & Size Guide section. After scanning those two charts, if you are still confuse with size, please reach out to us by email or call.
I fall in-between sizes. Which size do I buy?
We recommend checking our size chart as a first line of action. This should help you determine the size you should opt for. As a general rule, for dresses and tops we recommend picking to the smaller size. For bottoms, it's best to mention your body measurements in the ‘additional comments’ section at checkout while placing your order. This will help us to suggest the right size across.
Do you leave margins?
We do not leave margins. All products are well finished with either a overlock stitch or a french seam.
SHIPPING
What is your time frame for shipping?
Our usual dispatching time duration is 5-7 working days from our studio. Bluenight is a new, customization label and works on a ‘made to order’ model, which means we make every garment from scratch upon receiving an order. This process promised zero inventory and no pile up. We work Monday through Friday, except weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped from our studio the shipping company usually takes around 8-10 days to deliver international orders depending on location and around 3-5 days for domestic orders. Please note that our fulfilment timeline does not include unforeseen and not in our control delays, that is in the event of a natural disaster, war, calamity or epidemic/pandemic. In such circumstances, your order will be processed and dispatched after our production and supply chains resume smoothly when any of the above events have passed.
Do you provide express shipping?
Yes, we do. Please select express shipping option when placing an order at check-out process and pay delivery charges for express service. Please be mindful as you ask for express shipping we will process your order immediately that means we are not able to approve your request for refund if you ask in next 24 hours window once placing an order. Express shipping service is only available for domestic orders. We can’t offer express shipping for an international orders, due to international courier partners and custom clearance.
How to know my order & shipping status?
All orders are dispatched within 10 working days from the date of receiving an order. We work Monday through Friday and are closed for the weekends. You will receive an email notification once the shipment has left our studio along with the tracking details.
Which couriers do you use?
All domestic orders, we ship through Bluedart, DTDC & Delhivery. For international orders, we collaborate with FedEx and DHL.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer standard free shipping across India. If you choose express shipping then it will be additional cost. The cost of international shipping depends on weight of shipment and zip code of final destination. You will be able to see shipping charges during checkout while placing an order.

We don’t include standard size measurements in our size chart because measurements are vary with each style and silhouette. We suggest pick a standard size if you normally wear sizes XXS to L.
Do I need pay for additional custom duties/VAT/Tax for international shipping?
We settle all taxes and dues until the final destination of delivery. However, a few times order packages may get held at the discretion of the local customs officer. If the shipping company is asking for a further payment, it must be the duty/tax levied by your country’s government on inward shipments from India. This is as per international trade laws and clearly mentioned on our website and prompted at time of checkout for international customers. This fee is charged by your country’s government on imports from outside your country. This is applicable for all international (inter-country) shipments. The duty/tax/vat rates vary from country to country. Please note that when you place the order we don’t charge you the customs duty/tax/vat. Once the shipment reaches your country, the customs authority at your destination country would charge you an amount based on the Import duty and Tax laws of your government.

What are the shipping charges for foreign address?
The cost of international shipping depends on the weight of the shipment and the delivery zip code. You will be able to check the shipping cost at checkout while placing your order.
How many days it will take to reach shipment at foreign destination?
The transit time for international shipping is depending on the destination. Generally it takes 5-7 days in transit.
My order status shows delivered order but I don’t receive it. What should I do?
This is a rare incident and has happened only occasionally. Since we use third party courier partners we will need to check with the courier partner to understand what has happened. We would suggest writing to us at info.bluenightstyle@gmail.com and we’ll help sort this for you.
CANCEL / RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGE /
What is your exchange policy?
We do not offer size exchange once order prepare and leave our studio. However, if you are not happy with fit we can alter existing garment. We can’t offer refunds. Please note we do not offer exchange for sale and discounted products.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we do if you raise an order cancellation request within 24 hours, after placing a successful order with us. If we receive your request within 24 hours window, you will be eligible for full refund in original payment mode.
Do you offer reverse pick up?
We do not offer reverse pick-ups. The cost of any return and exchange is to be borne by the customer. While sending us your order, please make sure that the sender name and order name remain the same or mention your order number on the parcel. This will avoid all misperception.
Can I return my order?
At “Blue night” as we offer customized garments based upon an individual’s preferences and requirement, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange of the product once the order is placed. You can initiate the return process through our website on the request a return/exchange page. You will need your order number (mentioned in the order confirmation email) and email address to initiate the process. Please note that size exchanges/returns will not be possible on a discounted and sale products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must in the original packaging and must be returned within 3 working days after delivery. This is applicable for all domestic returns. After receiving shipment from you, our team will be check condition of garment. If that garment meets all our requirements, after that we can offer you size exchange or store credit.
How do I return/exchange international order?
Due to logistics and custom issues, we can’t offer any return/exchange service for international order.
PAYMENTS
Do you offer COD?
Sorry, we don’t offer COD.
What do I do if my payment is not going through?
We use Razor pay & PayPal Secure to process domestic and international payments on our website. If the gateway does not respond or shows as payment failed, you can get in touch with us on info.bluenightstyle@gmail.com. You can also try using another debit/credit card. Often payments fail due to the following reasons:
- Card issuing bank sending the decline code. This means that the bank which has issued your debit/credit card is not validating the payment. You can get in touch with your bank on their phone banking helpline and request them to allow the payment to go through.
- Authentication failure. Please check that you feed in correct authentication values (numeric, alphabetic or alphanumeric) when intimated from your bank while attempting the payment.
- International bank networking failure. Sometimes international payments fail because the card issuing bank declines it for being an overseas payment. You can get in touch with your bank on their phone banking helpline and request them to allow the payment to go through.
- Card is not approved for international payments. If you are attempting the payment from outside India and the payment is failing, please check that your card is valid for making international payments. You can activate the same either by calling the phone banking helpline of your bank or through the bank’s internet banking or mobile banking.
My card has been debited the amount but order is not placed/ I don’t receive an email?
You can always reach out to our team on info.bluenightstyle@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +91 72039 52233 if your payment has gone through but you haven’t received a confirmation for the order. We will send you the confirmation of receipt of your payment and order. Please check that you have entered the correct email id during checkout. If by mistake, you mistyped the email id, please let us know and we will correct it on the backend and resend you the order confirmation email. You can also check the spam folder of your email, as it might have been misdirected there.
What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards and PayPal to accept international payments on our web store. Within India you can also pay via other card issuers, UPI, net banking or wallets. When you select a product, add it to cart and check out, you will automatically be taken to the payment page where you can complete the order with your preferred mode of payment. Please note Buna Studio is based out of India and INR (Indian Rupee) is the default currency of our online store. If you are paying via credit/debit card from outside India then you will be charged in your currency at the current exchange rate with INR. If you pay through PayPal then you will be charged directly in USD or other international currency as per the current exchange rate on PayPal. Please note PayPal as a payment method is available only to customers outside India. You can pay directly at checkout via PayPal on our website where it will show as a payment option.

No, you can not apply promo code/discount code/ coupon code on sale products.

Do you offer gift wrapping and personal note service, if I like to add?
Yes, we do. Please select a gift option and add order note, while you have your products in to the cart. We try to serve the best customer service, do note we do not have a professional gift packer on our team. We can not provide gift wrapping service on sale product.
BACK IN STOCK
I am looking for a particular product and it is out of stock. Can you notify me if that item will be back in stock anytime?
Restocking of product is highly depend on customer like, demand and fabric availability. If we get enough demand for same style and there is a availability, we will definitely restock that style. Please write us an email with style name and your size at info.bluenightstyle@gmail.com and we will notify you when product will be back in stock.

How do I log in to my account?
You can log in to your account by using your email address and password, same as the one used while creating your account.
Can I check out without log in to my account?
Though you can shop without log in to your account, we highly recommend to log in to your account while you shop. That way you can check your shop history and you can also do express checkout. You do not need to feel your shipping details each time.
FABRIC AND CARE
Will the product look same as of the images on your website?
Yes, we work very hard to ensure the imagery matches the product in reality. What you see will also depend on the gadget at hand and its display settings but we can assure you that the chances of there being a discrepancy is negligible.
Will the garment shrink after wash?
While all our fabrics are prewashed and pre-shrunk, a small amount of shrinking is still possible. We recommend washing with cold water as heat may shrink a natural fabric.
Will the colors of garment fade after some wash? Can I do machine wash?
While we are using all premium quality textiles, there is a little possibility of color fades after some washes. it’s a nature of natural fiber such as cotton, linen, flex. We suggest you to wash them in a cold water, use mild detergent and dry them in a shadow, will increase a life cycle of garments made from natural fibers.

Do you customize sizes?
Yes, we do take up custom orders. Please write to us at info.bluenightstyle@gmail.com with the customization details and the products you wish to order. We will try our best to make it possible.
Do you customize length?
We establish our height module options for each product. For each product you can find appropriate choices to customize length of your garment. Please choose from length options relevant to your height. Still if you are not able to find perfect option for length of your garment, please mention your preferred length of that style in the addition comment section while placing your order with us.
